Pakistan Super League (PSL) schedule has been tweaked because of the Coronavirus.Playoff match has been called off and instead of it two semi-finals will be played on the same day on 17th of March in Lahore and the Final on 18th also in Lahore behind closed doors. The league was supposed to finish on 22th but now 4 days are cut and will now end on 18th of March.
In the current situation the matches will be played without any crowd in the stadium, which will be very demoralizing for the teams and also 10 foriegn players have decided to go back to their country because of the virus fear.
PCB earlier said that the foriegn players to free to leave PSL 2020 amid cornavirus fear. Also the franchise owners have declared that they will restrict their activities in Karachi and the players will remain in their hotels or go to the stadium.
When the matches are played without any crowd than the PCB is going to have a loss of 10 Crore pkr.PCB must review the situation and pospone the rest of the league to be restrained from huge loss. There is no point of continuing the league as most the leagues around the world including football have cancelled or posponed their seasons.
